Audiences make a video go viral, not content creators. Setting out to make a 'viral video' is a pretty pointless exercise. You need to make something highly shareable (this could be for many many reasons depending on your goal) and then target your audience as best you can. If it catches the wind of a trend or imagination/popular appeal then it has the chance to go viral - and lucky you if it does.
